The Cancer Center is interested in educating our future nurse’s within our community about oncology care. The professional student extern program is a new position at The Cancer Center of Southeast Texas. We understand the importance of gaining experience prior to graduation in a field that does not receive much attention through out the registered nurse curriculum. This opportunity will allow students to gain oncology experience while continuing with school.
